what is austin life Students?

Austin Life Students is a branch on a much larger tree connecting with 6th-12th grade students. We still participate in the normal events of the entire church such as Sunday Morning worship, Serve ATX, and more, but it doesn’t stop there! We also have our own times to grow deeper in our faith through exploring the Word together as well as have times to just have fun together to grow as a family.

We exist to lead students to the fullness of life found in Jesus by:

  • Welcoming every student in the stage of life they are in.

  • Enjoying time spent with each other.

  • Challenging everyone to know and love God more every day.

  • Empowering parents/guardians to know how to lead their students to life in Christ.

Why Austin Life Students?

Our adolescent years form us into the people we are through our bodies and minds making drastic changes.

Ideally, this is also when our relationship with God begins to grow and form maturity as well. The problem is, without spiritual guidance from family, friends, and the church, we will grow both mentally and physically but might not spiritually. This can lead to a feeling that faith is a thing of our childhood that is no longer applicable or true. We at Austin Life know that a relationship with Christ is so much more than we can imagine. There is always more joy and fulfillment that can be found in him! This is why we desire to create an environment for every student to be able to explore the crazy, changing world while finding a vibrant full life in Christ.

how can I connect with austin life students?

Every Sunday we join together from 9am-10am at our location (Boy Scouts of America 12500 N IH-35 Service Road) for Donuts and Bible Study. We also meet every other Sunday from 6pm-8pm to hang out and have dinner!
